Job Description

About the Role:

Corma is seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Sales to lead our enterprise sales efforts, focusing on large accounts. This role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence. As the VP of Sales, you will:

  • Strategic Account Identification: Identify and prioritise high-potential strategic accounts that align with Corma's growth objectives.

  • Account-Based Sales Strategy: Develop and implement account-based sales strategies to penetrate and close strategic accounts.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted accounts.#

  • Complex Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals, and collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure successful closures.

  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and management of a robust sales pipeline for strategic accounts, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create tailored value propositions and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular updates and accurate forecasts on strategic account progress to the executive team and board of directors.

Preferred Experience

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Creative and Ambitious: You enjoy working with a driven team that aims to grow.

  • Proactive: You take initiative and are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You create structures where they are not yet in place and take immediate action when an opportunity arises.

  • Sales Experience: Ideally, you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within an IT or tech environment.

  • Technical Interest: You can quickly grasp technical concepts and have an interest in them, though you don't need to be an engineer. Ideally, you are used to selling to IT and security teams.

  • Bilingual: You speak both French and English professionally, as we work in English but operate within a French-speaking ecosystem. [We will soon open positions in Germany, UK and the US. If you believe you could be a fit for those countries, please feel free to apply.]
