Job Description

Join us to scale our marketing engine from 1 to 1000. In this internship you will help us build a standout brand and a high-performing sales marketing machine. In this role, you'll work directly with our COO Nikolai, to tackle challenges and initiatives in performance marketing, SEO, and community building. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a wide range of topics that will drive Corma forward.

As a key player on our team, you will assist in executing marketing campaigns, engaging with our community, and conducting market research to support our growth objectives. Your efforts will be instrumental in helping us scale to $3M ARR and beyond. You can expect to spend 70% of your time on performance marketing, SEO, community building, and operations, and 30% of your time on strategic topics.

Have a first-hand experience of what it means to build up a marketing team in an early-stage startup. You will get the chance to shape the marketing strategy and operations of from a variety of different projects and challenges:

Drive Growth & Acquisition (Performance Marketing):

  • Assist in the creation and execution of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using data-driven approaches.

  • Optimise campaigns for better ROI.

Dominate Organic Growth (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to improve search engine rankings.

  • Assist in creating SEO-friendly content and meta descriptions.

  • Track and report on SEO performance metrics.

Ignite Community-Led Growth (Community Building)

  • Engage with our online community through social media platforms and forums.

  • Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Monitor and respond to community feedback to enhance brand loyalty.

Project Management:

  • Support the COO in managing key projects and initiatives.

  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project progress.

  • Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

  • Provide the COO with valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.

The formalities

  • We are based in Paris and love working together, but a hybrid setup is also possible.

  • One internship is so short…we offer the opportunity to stay on the team in part-time as a working student or full-time employee.

Preferred Experience

Basic expectations

  • You studied or are studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • You ideally have previous experience in startups or another fast-paced environment in the field of marketing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong willingness to try and not mind getting your hands dirty.

  • Creativity and having fun with a team that has the ambition to grow!

  • You are hungry: you don’t need to know everything, but you should have a strong appetite to learn new expertise and improve skills

  • You communicate fluently in English. Every additional language is a plus.

We would love to see at least one of the following

  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms

  • Experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • SEO (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)

  • Experience in community building

Recruitment Process
