Job Description

Your Day-to-Day with CEO, Héloïse and the Team

Working across teams to turn ideas into measurable results, you will experience what CEO-suite does on a day to day basis, without the hassle of being one. This internship is great for young bilingual talents looking to build their companies one day.

You’ll deep dive into various missions around sales, partnerships, growth, data analytics, and AI strategy assignments.

  • AI & Product Insight: Understand how AI-enabled sales transforms business operations and help integrate it into our product and strategy.

  • Data & Insights: Be data-driven, analyse performance metrics, identify growth patterns, and help shape business decisions on new markets

  • Sales & Growth: Understand how to prospect new leads, support client meetings, craft pitches and demos, and maybe take your own ownership of follow-ups that convert!

  • Operations & Strategy:

    • Support strategic operations and help the leadership team turn vision into execution.
    • Collect and analyze client data to build and deliver actionable reports and insights.
    • Help optimize internal processes and track KPIs across departments.
    • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as go-to-market planning, product positioning, and investor reporting.

Preferred Experience

You…

  • …have completed several semesters of university and have some relevant work experience in fast-paced environments (high-growth startups, consulting, finance, sales).

  • …have a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its role in business.

  • …are data-driven, feel comfortable analyzing metrics, and enjoy making informed decisions based on data.

  • …speak professional French and English (working language is English; sales activities will also be in French), this is a must have.

  • …are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing operational tasks.

  • …are motivated by working in and with an ambitious team.

  • …are eager to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
