About Our Customer Success Team 🤝

Our Customer Success team is dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve outstanding results by leveraging our platform. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will go beyond traditional customer support, working closely with business and tech teams to craft and implement solutions that drive client success. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Your Missions 🛠

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, identifying opportunities to enhance their success through our platform.

  • Design and implement tailored technical solutions, ranging from configuration to custom integrations with third-party systems.

  • Serve as the technical bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities.

  • Develop and share best practices, guides, and resources to empower clients and streamline onboarding.

  • Proactively monitor client accounts, addressing potential issues and opportunities for optimization before they arise.

  • Advocate for clients internally, providing actionable feedback to our product and engineering teams to improve our platform.

  • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars to enhance client adoption and usage.

Preferred Experience

You are an ideal candidate if you...

  • Have some practical experience in a technical role working with customers or in customer-facing role working in a technical field. Any customer success, technical support, or a related role involving client-facing technical problem-solving is a plus.

  • Possess strong technical skills (e.g., SQL, JavaScript).

  • Experience with ticketing system such as Linear or Jira to centralize user reported bugs.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Are skilled at gathering and interpreting client feedback to inform product development.

  • Have experience with cloud platforms like AWS.

  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client challenges.

  • Thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with business and engineering teams.
