Job Description

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of entrepreneurship? Join Corma and learn the ins and outs of business management while contributing to our daily success. As a Junior Sales (BDR), you will:

  • Identify Potential Clients: Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections to book sales appointments and grow revenue.

  • Market Trends Analysis: Help to identify and qualify leads/sales opportunities from marketing campaigns.

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using tools like Sales Navigator and various outreach methods (email, LinkedIn, etc.);

  • Fundraising and Transaction Analysis: Analyze fundraising activities, market transaction information, and identify leads within our databases (former clients/lost clients).

  • Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales pipeline remains full and active by regularly adding new prospects and following up with existing leads;

  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives.

Preferred Experience

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Creative and Ambitious: You enjoy working with a driven team that aims to grow.

  • Proactive: You take initiative and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

  • Sales Experience: Ideally, you have experience in sales within a startup, IT or tech environment.

  • Technical Interest: You can quickly grasp technical concepts and have an interest in them, though you don't need to be an engineer.

  • Eager to Learn: You have a strong desire to acquire new skills and improve.
