Junior AI engineer

Corma is hiring!

About

We started Corma because we were tired of watching IT teams drown in the same avoidable chaos: chasing down who has access to what, cleaning up after people who left months ago, discovering tools nobody remembers signing up for. Behind every messy spreadsheet is a person losing hours they'll never get back. We think they deserve better tools.

That's what we're building: context-aware identity & access infrastructure that gives IT teams one place to govern every identity lifecycle  (people, software, and now agents too) . But underneath the product, this is really a bet on people: that a small, sharp, genuinely curious team can build something that quietly gives thousands of humans their time back.

We closed a $4.2M round at the end of 2025, and we're growing, not just the product, but the team building it, across Europe and the US. If you want to work somewhere that moves fast and lets your work actually reach people, come build Corma with us.
We’re based in Paris, but with a few team members scattered across the world since day one... different time zones, same ring.

Job Description

About our Tech team 🦸🦹‍♀️

At Corma our mission is to become the world’s leading unified and automated IT agentic platform to revolutionize how businesses benefit and use software. Our Engineering team is at the heart of innovation and evolution of our solution. We are responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of new features, ensuring to offer an exceptional user experience while meeting the highest technical requirements.

You will work within a dynamic team composed of our CTO, 2 experienced Full-stack Tech Leads (ex-Aircall & 2x founder) with a combined 30 years of experience, a seasoned AI tech lead (ex TheFork, BeReal) and 2 top-performing engineers. It is an amazing opportunity to be part of and learn from a senior tech team with top profiles while building up your ownership on key projects.

We are seeking an AI Engineer to drive innovation and stay at the forefront of AI advancements. You'll architect and ship the next generation of these AI systems, from prototype to production. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure our AI solutions are reliable, interpretable, aligning with industry standards and best practices.

Over the last year, we've already shipped:

  • Access Agent: A multi-agentic browser system that autonomously navigates SaaS admin UIs to provision and deprovision users and manage licenses — no human in the loop.

  • License Intelligence agent: An analyzer agent that extracts and makes sense of license and usage data across a company's entire SaaS stack.

  • Automation Studio: A self-serve builder that lets clients create their own custom automations — just record a workflow once, and our agents turn it into a reusable,production-ready automation.

And here's what's next on the roadmap:

  • Recommender & Anomaly Detection: Working hand in hand to surface savings, risks, and the right actions before anyone has to ask.

  • Data-Quality Pipelines: Keeping the data feeding our agents — and our customers' decisions — trustworthy at scale.

  • Decision Copilot for IT: Turning that foundation into a system that helps DSIs and IT teams make the best possible calls on their tools, licenses, and spend.

Your missions, if you accept them, will be as follows:

Your missions 🛠

  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI models, papers, and industry trends. Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate new AI technologies and methodologies.

  • Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize AI systems using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks to drive actionable insights and customer value.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services, ensuring they meet the highest technical standards and industry best practices.

  • Experimentation: Conduct experiments to improve the performance and accuracy of our AI systems. Develop and execute experimental protocols to validate new ideas and approaches.

  • Product Mindset: Translate research findings into practical applications. Ensure that AI solutions are reliable, interpretable, and steerable, aligning with our product goals and customer needs.

Preferred Experience

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed. At Corma, we value diverse perspectives and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone has equal opportunities. We understand that individuals from underrepresented groups may experience imposter syndrome, and we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely.

You are our ideal candidate if you… 🤩

  • Hold a Master's in engineering / a MINT field (5 years) or a PhD in a related subject. We care more about what you can build than the specific diploma.

  • Have experience in AI Engineering and/or data science. A track record of delivering impactful AI solutions is great, but this can be your first job: we welcome junior profiles and recent graduates just as much as experienced ones.

  • Have Python experience, with a track record of clean, maintainable production code.

  • Have a solid grasp of Machine Learning fundamentals — evaluation, experimentation, and the model lifecycle.

  • Are familiar with search, RAG, semantic search, vector databases, agents, and LLM observability tools (Langfuse or similar), as well as model evaluation.

  • Bring strong problem-solving skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders — able to present results to technical and non-technical people.

  • Are fluent in English.

  • Bonus points: work on LLMs / agentic systems and managing their real-world constraints — token costs, latency, reliability, hallucinations — and a research background or previous lab experience.

What Corma has to offer you… 🎁

  • A competitive salary, depending on your level of impact and expertise

  • Equity in the form of BSPCE

We are your ideal company if you are looking for… 🔍
