AI Intern (October-March 2026)

Corma is hiring!

About

We started Corma because we were tired of watching IT teams drown in the same avoidable chaos: chasing down who has access to what, cleaning up after people who left months ago, discovering tools nobody remembers signing up for. Behind every messy spreadsheet is a person losing hours they'll never get back. We think they deserve better tools.

That's what we're building: context-aware identity & access infrastructure that gives IT teams one place to govern every identity lifecycle  (people, software, and now agents too) . But underneath the product, this is really a bet on people: that a small, sharp, genuinely curious team can build something that quietly gives thousands of humans their time back.

We closed a $4.2M round at the end of 2025, and we're growing, not just the product, but the team building it, across Europe and the US. If you want to work somewhere that moves fast and lets your work actually reach people, come build Corma with us.
We’re based in Paris, but with a few team members scattered across the world since day one... different time zones, same ring.

Job Description

Are you curious about AI, data, and building real systems at scale in a fast growing startup? This role is for you.

We are looking for a motivated AI Intern to join Corma’s tech team and work closely with our Founding AI Engineer. You do not need to know everything upfront. What matters most is your ability to learn fast, think critically, and enjoy solving complex problems.

Corma is an early stage startup with a strong technical foundation, which makes it an ideal environment to learn, experiment, and have a real impact from day one.

The role

As an AI Intern, you will:

  • Work at the core of Corma's multi-agent AI platform, which automates IT operations across SaaS products

  • Design and build data pipelines to collect, process, and structure signals from browser sessions, SSO providers, SaaS APIs, and user activity across dozens of tools

  • Explore, transform, and analyse automation traces, LLM outputs, and agent execution data at scale

  • Build and improve agentic systems, including planning agents, code generation agents, self-healing agents, and multi-agent LangGraph supervisor, that reason, act, and recover autonomously

  • Collaborate with the AI and Engineering teams on real product challenges

This is a hands on role with strong ownership and learning opportunities.

Preferred Experience

Profile we are looking for:

  • End of studies internship (Master 1 or Master 2, or equivalent)

  • Engineering background (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on AI, data, or computer science

  • Strong interest in AI, data, and software engineering

  • Comfortable coding in Python (this is the only strict technical requirement)

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new concepts and tools

  • Able to work autonomously and take initiative

  • French is not required

    • If French, a preparatory class background is a plus
  • Professional working proficiency in English (team language)

We care much more about your mindset and learning ability than about specific tools or frameworks.

Personality-wise, you…

  • …have a strong willingness to try

  • …are creative and have fun with a team that has the ambition to grow!

  • …are hungry: you don’t need to know everything but you should have a strong appetite to learn new expertise and improve skills

  • …are able to work with a high level of autonomy

Recruitment Process

  • One introductory call with our Chief of Staff, Alessandro

  • One technical interview (around 1 hour) with Claire, our Founding AI Engineer

  • 30 min chat with our CTO, Samuel

That is it! We aim to keep the process fast, focused, and respectful of your time.

Additional Information
